Criticism is a fundamental right in any society seeking progress. But it becomes harmful when it turns into insult, incitement, or careless generalization.

Constructive criticism identifies problems and proposes solutions.
Destructive criticism merely amplifies failure without understanding its causes.
In the Syrian context, we need a new culture of criticism:
one that distinguishes between institutions and individuals,
between correctable mistakes and policies requiring serious revision.
Building a just state requires neither silence in the face of errors nor the erosion of public trust, but a rational path that combines accountability with social stability.
