
Hasakah – The Syrian province of Hasakah has witnessed rapid developments in recent days following the establishment of what has been called the “War Tent” by Arab tribal groups, amid growing tribal participation and support from different Syrian areas.Local sources reported that support convoys arrived from Deir ez-Zor province, particularly from members of the Al-Akidat tribe, in support of the ongoing tribal movement.Participants are demanding an end to the control of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) over the province, the restoration of Syrian state institutions’ role in administration, and greater tribal participation in decisions concerning the future of the region.Reports also indicate reactions from tribal groups in other Syrian provinces, raising concerns about possible further tensions if political disputes continue to escalate.Civilian and social actors have called for dialogue-based solutions to address disagreements and prevent developments that could negatively affect civilians and regional stability.
